Cancellation and refund terms

Cancellation terms for owner management agreements are set out in the signed agreement. In summary: a break clause applies after the first twelve months, notice is thirty days in writing, and management fees are charged on revenue actually earned during the notice period. Where a booking has already been confirmed by a guest and is subsequently cancelled, the guest’s cancellation terms apply and any non-refundable component is passed through at cost. Owner payouts are made monthly, and any refund requested within the current month is settled in the next payment run.

  • Management agreement minimum term: twelve months, breakable thereafter.
  • Notice to end the agreement: thirty days in writing to the registered office.
  • Fees during the notice period: charged on revenue earned, not on projected revenue.
  • Owner payment schedule: monthly, by bank transfer.
  • Guest refunds: governed by the booking terms shown to the guest at the time of booking.
