An operator with an owner’s ear
Bee Stays Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (No. 13960906). We manage furnished holiday homes, serviced apartments and guest houses on behalf of owners who live in the UK, elsewhere in Europe, and overseas.
The company started from a simple observation: most owners are perfectly capable of looking after a property and completely unsuited to running a hospitality operation from another time zone. Guest communication at ten at night, turn-over coordination between two contractors, channel pricing that has to move weekly — none of it needs an owner in the room, and all of it needs someone who does.
We now run several hundred homes across France from our Paris office. The work is unglamorous and specific: turn-overs that happen on time, linen that arrives clean, photos that show the property as it is, and a statement at the end of the month that adds up.
Four commitments
Answer the guest
Every enquiry gets an answer during working hours, and urgent matters get answered at any hour.
Turn on time
A clean, inspected, restocked property ready before arrival. We measure this and report it.
Show it as it is
Photography is accurate. If a room is small, the listing says it is small.
Account for everything
One statement per month, itemised, with commission stated plainly rather than netted.
